One of my favorite things to do for Valentine's Day is to create a Heart Gallery Wall. This one was in my NYC apartment, but I may have to hang it back up this year!
I love this decorating idea for Valentine's Day, because you can use items you already have, gathering together your favorite heart shaped decorations. For this one, I hung a milagro heart I found in Mexico, a vintage New Orleans heart-shaped plate (I got married there!), and a heart shadow box that I made.
You can recreate the heart shadow box using a white shadow box and hearts cut from pink or red magazine pages or sentimental Valentine's Day cards (one of the hearts I used was from a card my husband gave me). Then hot glue the hearts to the back of the shadow box.
