I use to love coming here but the last two times that I got my nails done they broke the next day. I tried to get an appointment to fix the nail and they would not accommodate me. This was disappointing because I have been coming here for the past two years consistently. It just seems that they no longer value their customers and the loyalty. I’m going to have to look for another nail place. Very disappointed. Read Less

Donna was amazing! It was so relaxing, she didnt rush me, and was great to talk to. A little pricey for a pedicure but sooo worth it. I am looking forward to my next visit❤

I came in with all my nails the same length and asked for them to be cut down a little, I ended up with 2 shorter nails on each hand. When I asked for them to be the same, the lady looked at me nodded and didn't say anything or fix them. Then at the end I asked her to fix the polish that was on the side of my finger and she just said "all done" I've been coming here for a couple months but this was just not good service, she couldn't understand me at all. And to top it off, my nail broke a few days later. Read Less

Got my eyebrows done here, did such a GREAT job they came out amazing and she was SO gentle, took her time and very friendly. Definitely will be back for brows and nails!! Highly recommend

I have been going to JIA for about 4 months now and have to say all of the technicians are incredibly skilled, friendly, and do a great job. I HIGHLY recommend the pedicure to go with your manicure. I have been to LOTS of nail salons over the years and have never had a better pedicure with the 5+ minute leg massage on each leg. Special shout out to 'T' for making my nails beautiful today, she is the real deal- knows a lot about her craft! Read Less

I was visiting my mom in Salem for 3 weeks and needed to find someplace to get 2 fills done while I was there. I decided to give Jia a try for my first one. I didn't get the girl's name, but she did a great job. I came back 2 weeks later for my next fill and this time Vicky did my fill. She was fantastic! I love my coffin nail extensions with color change polish! The whole thing only came to $42. I'm used to paying $70 + for the same thing at other places. Also, it only took about an hour and a half, which is really quick for gel nails. They were all so friendly and great. It was a wonderful experience. Read Less
