It is with great excitement that we announce the return of the highly anticipated Wallet Holder Offering (WHO) in partnership with Cellula, a fully on-chain AI game.

The WHO will start from June 4, 2024 8AM UTC – June 25, 2024 8AM UTC for the first 70,000 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, and provide exclusive rewards which will be convertible into $CELL, the core asset of the Cellula programmable incentive layer upon the TGE (Token Generation Event) date. (Note that while the event is visible in the QuestHub section as of June 3 8AM UTC, users can only start participating on June 4, 2024 8AM UTC at the official campaign start date)

Results will be announced on the SafePal blog on June 28th, and the amount of shares and CELL tokens allocation will be displayed within the SafePal QuestHub section under the Cellula tab. If the 70,000 slots of participants are filled completely, the results will be announced 3 days after the campaign ends.

The CELL tokens can be claimed by qualified participants’ BNB Chain addresses after the token is listed on Cellula official website. Cellula is aiming to hold the Token Generation Event (TGE) in Q3 of 2024 (no later than Q4). Please refer to the latest announcements on the official Cellula channel for the finalized TGE and listing timings.

What is SafePal WHO

What is $CELL

$CELL tokens are the core asset of the Cellula programmable incentive layer, using a vPoW mining mechanism. The tokenomics will be published in the whitepaper. Cellula is aiming to hold the Token Generation Event (TGE) in Q3 of 2024, but no later than Q4. Please follow the latest announcements on the official Cellula channel for the finalilzed TGE timing.

Before the TGE, $CELL Tokens can be obtained in three ways:

• Energy point mining – can be generated through charging BitLife ( in the game, 101,962.08 energy points will be generated every 5 minutes, which will be distributed to each user based on the current computing power share of BitLife holders.)
• Life point mining – can be obtained through completing quests & inviting friends. (share 0.5% of the $CELL Tokens)
• Airdrop activities – Airdrop activities will be held in collaboration with different partners, with different rules. The amount of $CELL Tokens for each airdrop activity can be checked via the Cellula official website, and will be directly claimable at the TGE.

The utility of $CELL Token will also be introduced in different stages of Cellula, including but not limited to the following functions:

• Minting BitLife
• Charging BitLife
• Participating in Cellula ecosystem projects
• Staking for dividends/mining

What is BitLife, How to Charge it and Collect Energy

Each player can mint 1 BitLife NFT FREE by joining SafePal WHO. Players can also buy BitLife NFTs in the popular BitLife shop, Mint BitLife at the page here , and charge BitLife to earn more Energy points.

After successfully acquiring BitLife, Players can choose to charge it for a period of 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days, with each option costing $1, $3, or $7, respectively. Please avoid recharging repeatedly, as each recharge will reset BitLife’s charging progress.

For the entire period of the WHO campaign, it will only cost WHO participants 0.0017 BNB≈1 USD to charge their BitLife for 1 day to complete the main task.

After charging, BitLife will generate energy every five minutes. Please make sure you collect the energy points produced by your BitLife.The Energy points you collected can convert to $CELL tokens upon TGE.

What are the Rewards

Reward 1: 70,000 BitLife NFTs for FREE

The first 70,000 users are available to claim FREE BitLife on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reward 2: Up to 2,400,000 (2.4 Million) $CELL Tokens Airdrops

The prize pool will scale with more participants up to a maximum of 2.4 million CELL tokens (see the scaling below). Users can unlock shares of the reward pool by completing different tasks. The amount of token each share represents depends on the total number of shares all participants complete during the campaign (see ‘Rewards Calculation & Distribution’ at the later section of this article).

1. Total participants reach 10,000: Prize pool at 310,000 CELL TOKEN.
2. Total participants reach 20,000: Prize pool at 630,000 CELL TOKEN.
3. Total participants reach 30,000: Prize pool at 960,000 CELL TOKEN.
4. Total participants reach 40,000: Prize pool at 1.3 million CELL TOKEN.
5. Total participants reach 50,000: Prize pool at 1.65 million CELL TOKEN.
6. Total participants reach 60,000: Prize pool at 2.01 million CELL TOKEN.
7. Total participants reach 70,000: Maximum prize pool unlocked at 2.4 million CELL TOKEN.

Who are Eligible for the Cellula WHO

All users are welcome to participate in the event. Please download the SafePal wallet and visit the QuestHub DApp/section under the Cellulla tab to join the event. If you are already a Cellula user, you can also participate in this event to receive additional $CELL airdrop rewards.

Before You Start

1. Get your SafePal wallet ready

Ensure you have downloaded and set up the latest version of the SafePal App, and access the QuestHub section to join the WHO campaign. Here are some useful tutorials for the wallet setup process:

• Download latest version of SafePal App
• Setup and create a SafePal Software Wallet
• Recover a wallet in the SafePal App via mnemonic phrase

2. Make sure you have BNB in your wallet

As Cellula is a fully on-chain AI game built on BNB chain, all the on-chain tasks will consume BNB as the gas fee. Please make sure you have sufficient BNB for gas fee to participate in this campaign. Or you can also swap for some through the SafePal Swap. 3. Navigate to the campaign page

In the SafePal App, click the “DApps” tab and click on the QuestHub DApp in the Hot column, or directly click the WHO banner to enter the QuestHub. Then click the Cellula WHO page to enter the campaign page.

Campaign Tasks

IMPORTANT: Participants are required to complete the main task of claiming and charging a BitLife. Otherwise, the share of other tasks will be considered invalid.

Part I. Main Task: Claim a BitLife NFT and Charge it

1. Claim a BitLife

Open the ‘Claim a BitLife NFT’ task page and click ‘Claim’ to get a BitLife NFT for free. You will receive the BitLife NFT in the wallet after 1-2 minutes of minting process. Then click the “Verify” button on the task page to confirm the completion of this task. After successfully claiming a BitLife, you can earn 4 Shares of the reward pool. 2. Charge BitLife

After claiming the BitLife, you can unlock the task to charge it. Click on the “Charge” button on the task page, and pay $1 of BNB (≈0.0017 BNB) to Charge BitLife. Then click the “Verify” button on the task page to confirm the completion of this task. After successfully charging a BitLife, you can earn 10 Shares of the reward pool. Note: As stated in Cellula’s announcement, charging fees are non-refundable.

Part II. Complete the Following Tasks to Boost your Reward Shares

1. Collect Energy

After successfully completing the Charge BitLife task, please wait for 10 minutes, then you can collect the generated energy by clicking the “Collect” button on the ‘Collect Energy’ task page. Then click the “Verify” button on the task page to confirm the completion of this task. After successfully collecting energy, you can earn an extra 1.4 Shares of the reward pool. 2. SafePal Hardware Wallet Holder Reward

3. Follow, like and Retweet

Please note that this task requires authorization through the X App. By clicking the “GO” button, you can authorize the bot to automatically complete the specified tasks. Upon authorization, the bot will:

1. Follow Cellula (@cellulalifegame) and SafePal (@iSafePal) on Twitter
2. Retweet and like the campaign post
3. Click “Verify” button to confirm the completion of this task
4. Once the X task is verified, then you can earn extra 0.2 Shares of the reward pool once you finish the Charge BitLife in Step 5.

4. Join the Discord Group

Open the Discord task page and click the “Authorize” button to authorize the Discord bot to add you into the Cellula Discord server. Then click the “Verify” button on the task page to confirm the completion of this task. Once the Discord task is verified, you can earn extra 0.2 Shares of the reward pool. 5. Join the Telegram Communities

1. On the Telegram task page, copy your unique verification code
2. Oen Telegram, search for “@iSafepal_bot”, and click “/Start”
3. Send your unique code to @iSafepal_bot in the chat interface
4. Follow the instructions and join the Cellula Telegram Community and SafePal Telegram Community. Please remember to click the “WHO-CELL” channel in the SafePal Telegram Group, and then click the “Join” button to successfully join the group.
5. After joining the Cellula and SafePal Telegram group, go back to the Join Telegram task page in the SafePal App, and click ‘Verify’.
6. Once the task is verified, you can earn an extra 0.2 Shares of the reward pool

6. Super Referral Program

The SafePal Referral Program is a great way to earn additional WHO airdrop tokens for free by inviting your family and friends. Simply click ‘Invite’ on the referral task page to generate your unique referral poster, and share it with your friends across all social media platforms.

Referred users must input the referrer’s code and complete the main task of charging BitLife to be considered a successful referral. Successfully referred users can enjoy an additional 0.2 shares by entering the referral code and completing the main task as described above.

Referrers can earn unlimited shares through successful invitations based on the following tiers:

• Tier 1: 1 share per referral for the 1st to 10th referrals
• Tier 2: 1.5 shares per referral for the 11th to 20th referrals
• Tier 3: 1.8 shares per referral for the 21st to 30th referrals
• Tier 4: 2 shares per referral from the 31st referral onwards

Each device can only fill in one external referral code. And the shares allocated are only for the respective tiers and are not stackable with other tiers. For example, if a referrer successfully invites 35 people, the shares earned would be calculated as follows:

– 1 share per person for the first 10 referrals.
– 1.5 shares per person for the 11th to 20th referrals.
– 1.8 shares per person for the 21st to 30th referrals.
– 2 shares per person for the 31st to 35th referrals.

Total shares = (10×1) + (10×1.5) + (10×1.8) + (5×2) = 53 Shares

The WHO campaign ends on June 25, 2024, 8 AM UTC. An hour later, all participants who have successfully finished the main task can view how many shares they’ve got in the “Ongoing” share. After June 28th, you can check the results in the SafePal QuestHub/Dapp section under the Cellula tab as shown in the screenshot below. The size of the reward pool depends on the total number of participants:

6. Why do my shares in the “Confirmed” section show a balance of 0?

All the shares you earned during the campaign will be shown in “Ongoing” shares and will stop updating once the campaign ends on June 25, 2024 8 AM UTC. The confirmed shares and token allocation you are eligible for will be displayed in the SafePal QuestHub/Dapp section under the Cellula tab on June 28.

7. How do I earn more Energy points?

In addition to participating in the WHO Airdrop event, you can purchase BitLife on the Cellula website and recharge BitLife to earn more Energy points. (This is independent of the current WHO airdrop event).

Energy points represent the resources your BitLife collects in Cellula. Energy points will qualify for future Cellula Token airdrops. The mechanism for mining energy points follows (vPoW), with one block generated every 5 minutes. Each block produces 101,962.08 energy points.
