How do I change the duration times of the different cycles? The photo shows a normal wash is 1:41. It's too long.

I have a maytag mhw6630hc washer about 3 months old and the loc button is on and won't come out of this mode. Unplugged washer to see if it might reset but the loc is still on . Any insight on what the problem might be or should I call a repair shop.
