@GetSpectrum if you’re gonna cold call people trying to sell your other garbage services, try to get people that at least don’t have a **** attitude and waste your customers time even more. You’re already dogsh*t, don’t make it worse. It’s actually impressive that you do.

@GetSpectrum Just wanted to let you know I called twice trying to switch my services over from AT&T and got disconnected within the first 120 seconds twice. I will no longer be switching my service. @ATT customer serve is now the 2nd worst.

@Ask_Spectrum Nothing to be done at this point besides go get a new router in the morning. 4 people couldn’t help me over the phone. The problem shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I keep it together pretty well most of the time. But nothing gets my morning going like screaming at a @GetSpectrum customer service rep when my internet is down. I’ve been calling every other week for 15 years don’t try and tell me there isn’t an outage in my area.
