@inkxel @Ask_Spectrum They have to be lying especially since it apparently took them all day to figure out there was a fire. Why not communicate this sooner? People can understand if you tell them upfront there was a fire or damage to the cables.

@Ask_Spectrum I don’t qualify for a credit because the outage lasted only 4 hrs? That’s absolutely untrue. 3 days only intermittent useless internet. I can’t do anything with a 10 min on and 10 off internet connection. I’m sure you would feel the same
